Author Ronald Hirano will be giving his presentation at as one of the guest speakers at Lunar New Year Banquet in Cerritos on March 10th from 3 to 7 pm. Come and join us!
He will speak about his book based on his foster mother’s life story. “Mother Delight Rice and Her Children” is about Delight Rice, a CODA, who made great contributions to deaf education in U.S. and Philippines during 1900’s. Come learn about the deaf history and culture through the eyes of a CODA and her son.
